1. Who We Are

JointClinic Journey, a DBA of Worthy Drive Auto LLC, operates an informational website that helps adults in the United States discover joint mobility and physical recovery studies that are open to volunteers. We are an independent opportunity resource. We are not a clinical research organization, a research sponsor, an investigator site, a healthcare provider, or a medical facility.

This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect information that you choose to give us through our interest form, and basic technical information that is generated automatically when you visit the website.

• Information you provide: your full name, and optionally your email address, your phone number, and any free text notes you add about your availability or interests.
• Consent records: whether you checked each consent box, the date and time, the page you submitted from, and the wording you agreed to.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages viewed, used for security and basic traffic measurement.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not ask for and do not want protected health information, diagnoses, treatment history, prescription details, insurance details, government identification numbers, or payment details. Please do not include that kind of information in the free text field. If you send it to us anyway, we will delete it.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age. This website and its forms are intended for adults only.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to research organizations, trial sponsors, drug development companies, data brokers, or third party marketers.

When an introduction to an independent trial program looks like a fit, we tell you first. Your contact information is only shared with the specific program named in that introduction, only for that introduction, and only after you separately agree to it. You can decline and nothing is shared.

We also use a small number of service providers, such as website hosting and SMS delivery vendors, who process information strictly on our instructions. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

We may disclose information if required by law, a valid legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You control your contact preferences at all times.

• Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any SMS message to stop messages. Reply HELP for support.
• Email us to request a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
• Withdrawing consent does not affect messages already sent, and does not require you to give up access to anything on this website.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, including the right to know, delete, correct, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights.

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and to document consent, and then delete them. Consent and opt out records may be kept longer where a record of compliance is required.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted transport and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use only the cookies needed to operate the website and to measure aggregate traffic. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not send information you submit through our form into third party analytics tools.
